Wings of an Angel -1963 Dry Gin Cocktail
60ml 1963 Dry Gin
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Spiced Blueberry Syrup
30ml Egg White
Place all ingredients into a Boston Shaker with 2 ice cubes apart from the egg white and Shake until the ice has melted, then place in the egg white and shake for a further 2 mins
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with Dried Plum and Blueberries
